  • Amplify Equity is proud to launch Year Two of our pilot program, Amplifying Opportunity in Our Community. Supported by the Park Foundation, this 10-month initiative is specifically designed for women of color entrepreneurs in Tompkins County who are ready to transition from "survival mode" to strategic, long-term growth.

    A New Model for Building Wealth


    We don’t just provide capital; we provide a partnership. By integrating flexible funding with personalized mentoring, we help you dismantle systemic barriers and foster lasting economic mobility.

    Program Highlights:

    • $10,000 Flexible Stipends: $1,000 per month to support your business and personal stability.

    • 1:1 Mentoring & Coaching: Personalized guidance to strengthen your specific entrepreneurial skills.

    • Monthly Workshops: Hands-on sessions covering financial management, marketing, legal compliance, and well-being.

    • Peer Community: A dedicated network of women-of-color founders for troubleshooting and celebration.

  • We are seeking established, low-income women-of-color entrepreneurs who live and/or work in Tompkins County. This program is designed for businesses—including LLCs and storefronts—ready to solidify their impact.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    1. Established Growth: In operation for 1–3 years.

    2. Strategic Vision: Must have a current budget and a plan for how this funding strengthens your infrastructure.

    3. Operational Stability: Focused on scaling your current business model.
